Give people flowers while they're still here'

Echoes from the Loafers’ Club Meeting  I’m going to see a different audiologist.  What’s wrong with your current audiologist?  He keeps telling me I need a heron egg. Driving by Bruce's drive  I have a wonderful neighbor named Bruce. Deep thoughts occur as I drive past his drive. I bobbed and weaved my way through a crowd at a county fair to get to my parked car, which had become an Easy-Bake Oven. It wasn’t frying eggs on a flat rock hot, but it was

Difference between illuminators and diminishers

Echoes from the Loafers’ Club Meeting  I have a pessimism glass on my desk. Every time I have a forlorn thought, I put a dollar in it.  How’s that working out?  The glass is half-empty. Driving by Bruce's drive  I have a wonderful neighbor named Bruce. Deep thoughts occur as I drive past his drive. It rained every day except the days when it didn’t. State Parks have a lot to offer if you like the outdoors

Here, visitors can hike the Chase Point Trail for hypnotic views of Coon and Sandwick Lakes and listen to

By DEB BENTLY Staff Writer Teri Kormann’s last day as “the place to start” at NRHEG Secondary School was Wednesday, June 5.
