Alfie was born October 26, 1947 in Owatonna the son of Alfred and Elaine (Jensen) Wondra.
He attended High School in Blooming Prairie graduating in 1965. After high school Alfie worked road construction for his father's company Wondra Construction and he also farmed at that same time. He worked until the early eighties when due to health concerns was unable to continue. He was an avid collector of vintage cars, farm equipment, motorcycles and heavy equipment. He enjoyed cruising around the county. He will be remembered for his many visits with family and friends. Alfie taught his nieces and nephew how to maintain their tractors and lawn mowers. He was always grateful to his personal care attendants over the years.
Alfie is survived by his siblings, Judy Molloy of Faribault, MN Tom (Rosie) Wondra of Owatonna, Mary (Doug) Goff of Blooming Prairie, Pat (Larry) Motl of Ellendale, Joe (Terry) Wondra of Blooming Prairie, Ann (Steve) Winzenburg of Blooming Prairie. Alfie is preceded in death by his parents, an infant brother, a niece Amanda and a brother-in-law Mike. Memorials may be directed to the family and the family will select a charity in memory of Alfie.
