The NRHEG Teachers’ Association is sponsoring a forum event for this year’s school board candidates in the Secondary School media center beginning at 6:30 p.m. on Monday, Oct. 24.
Of seven seats on the NRHEG school board, three will be vacated this year by departing members. School board elections will be Tuesday, Nov. 8.
The schedule for Oct. 24 includes a half-hour gathering time, when candidates will be available for informal discussions over coffee and cookies, followed by a more organized session during which candidates will offer statements and answer questions collected from the audience.
